How to ask a parent for consent to share health data with family

Ask the way you would want to be asked. Say what you are worried about without dramatizing it, explain exactly what would be shared and what would not, put them in charge of the switch, and leave room for “not yet.” Health sharing with family works when your parent is the one who invites it.
